UX Content Strategist

In ByKon we’re looking for an exceptional UX Content Strategist that giving customer service and knowing work methodologies that allow you to find the appropriate processes for the execution or implementation of content strategies, especially with regard to the structure, type of content, formats and media.

Main responsibilities:

Create conversations with customers, transforming complex information into simple and satisfying experiences.
Conduct content audits and create value propositions and other language/content resources.
Solve complex problems, collaborating with others to merge solutions into a larger structure and create a cohesive content ecosystem.
Help improve the navigation, data, content, flows and elements of the apps.
Write options that help our customers successfully complete tasks with minimal friction while increasing product adoption.

Requirements:

+ 3 years of experiencie in UX Content Strategist or related
Bachelor’s degree: Communication, Visual Communication, Web Design, Digital or related
Advanced English

Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge in user experience design.
Strong knowledge in business requirements gathering, site assessment, competitive analysis, and research planning/execution.
Knowledge of accessibility standards and how to write for screen readers.
Coordinate the execution of the strategy and contents with other areas of the company, for example with IT, design, commercial areas, etc.
Knowledge in web analytics tool and is able to define and measure the KPIs associated with the strategy

Soft Skills:

Ability to write a short, persuasive text, keep users interested and reduce errors and confusion.
Excellent time management skills and ability to adapt to the ever-changing priorities of the ecommerce business.
Work comfortably independently and as a team
Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills.
