Product Manager

In ByKon we’re looking for an exceptional Product Manager that can manage the balanced product backlog across business, user, and technology needs. Coordinate expectations between different stakeholders and product teams. Align priorities between the different mobile product squadrons and the mobile core.

Main responsibilities 

• Generate the product vision and prepare the roadmap.
• Prioritize the product backlog based on the needs of the business, user and technology in a visible backlog for everyone, ensuring that the vision to be achieved is fulfilled.
• Point of contact for business needs.
• Align priorities between the various mobile product squads and the mobile core.
• Work together with the engineering Mobile core manager to manage the release train ensuring the highest value per release.
• Define in conjunction with the squad of the team’s OKRs.
• Generate and update business case to get investment and funding for your squad.
• Ensure the design and implementation phase of the product, monitoring the life cycle and managing to evolve the product.

Requirements:

• + 3 years of experiencie in Product Manager or related 
• Bachelor’s degree:  Computing sciences, informatics, graphic design or related 
• Advanced English 
•  Certification: SCRUM Master and Product Owner (Desired)

Technical Skills:

• Experience in customer journeys

• Strong knowledge in  Jira/Confluence/Analytics/Planner/Trello

• Strong experience in modular mobile application architecture

• Experience in agile product development methodologies and lego methodology

• Strong knowledge in design of scalable products in brands or countries

• Experience in reporting tools (tableau, Excel, power pivot)

• Strong knowledge of IT platforms, bases, process flows, mobile apps

Soft Skills:

• Define important product metrics and how team success is displayed.

• Develop user cases for sprint management and assign tasks to the squadron.

• Collaborate in the unblocking of the technical impediments that the squad may have.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Available to work independently and manage on time
