UX Visual Designer

In ByKon we’re looking for an exceptional UX Visual Designer to work to optimize the interaction between the users and the product. Make a product or service usable, enjoyable and accessible.

Main responsibilities:

Create and improve designs, prototypes, style guides, user flow
Create and comunieffectively car your interaction ideas
Understand the user and the brand, think about what problem you’re trying to solve for the user
Identify user needs, goals, behaviors, and pain points
Conduct user testing. Validate the design by tracking how real users interact with the product or service (usability testing).
Design the user interface (UI)

Requirements:

+ 3 years of experiencie in UX Visual Design
Bachelor’s degree: Communication, Visual Communication, Web Design, Digital or related
Advanced English

Technical Skills:

Information architecture helps you organize and prioritize large and complex sets of information
Wireframing (building a skeletal framework for a website or app) enables you to explore design solutions in an efficient way
Prototyping is essential for testing functionality and identifying problems

Soft Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Available to work independently and manage on time
Empathy allows you to think about problems and solutions
